Vivid Sydney is an annual festival of lights, sounds, and music held every last week of May to the first week of June. We were fortunate that our visit to Australia was during the first week of Vivid Sydney and we get to experience it on its opening day.
We scheduled our Vivid Sydney experience at Circular Quay area where the famous Sydney tourist attractions like Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge are. You can have the best view of Vivid Sydney by riding a cruise ship that offers elegant dining while watching lights shows. It was slightly expensive and so we tried a different option – and that is to ride a ferry from Manly Beach at 5PM to catch the light show at 6PM. We only paid for the ferry ride, cool right?
