An Overnight Stay at Go Hotels Timog

There was one time during the Christmas holiday last year that our family needed to stay overnight in Cubao.  Searching online gave me a lot of hotel suggestions in the area.  But since we were not there for staycation, we opted to try a hotel that would suit our need: an overnight place to stay – nothing fancy.

We chance upon Go Hotels Timog.  Go Hotels is a budget hotel chain owned by Gokongwei Group.  It is a budget hotel but it doesn’t look like one.  Let me share to you why.

We booked one room for an overnight stay.  The room has a double bed, LED television, superb air-conditioning, a safety deposit box, and a cabinet.  It has a shower room with single use soap and shampoo.  It also has a separate toilet.  We were also given wifi access when we checked in.

Eating and smoking is not allowed inside the rooms – though you can eat at the lobby where a small sandwich and donut kiosk is located.

Room massage services are also available for a very minimal cost.

Staffs are attentive and accommodating too.  The initial room given to us has water leakage.  The staffs attended to us promptly and transferred us to a different room without any fuss.

Parking spaces are also available at the front of the hotel.

Go Hotels Timog is strategically located near a lot of establishments.  For the price of less than Php1,500, we had a very nice stay at Go Hotels Timog.  You can also claim points for your Robinsons Rewards and Get Go here at Go Hotels.

If you are looking for an overnight stay at Cubao area, I highly suggest Go Hotels Timog.  You will get the value of your money for a comfortable overnight stay.

  1. Last December my sisters and I had an overnight stay at Go Hotel after having a Maginhawa Street Foodspotting. I also recommend Go Hotels for overnight stay. It’s cheaper and the rooms are clean. I also love the idea of having a separate shower room and toilet.

  2. Such a budget hotel. I need one like this when traveling from north to south and vice versa. =) There are times we just want to sleep before heading back to drive. =) Thanks for the info. =)

  3. Such a good budget hotel sis, I will recommend this my friends and relatives going out here in Manila. Para di na ako mahirapan puntahan yung mga Hotel at e check personally kapagod. hehe!

  4. Interesting! Last year, we needed a place to stay in BGC for work. Unfortunately, everything there is pricey. We ended up with an Airbnb rental, which we did enjoy. I hope there are more Go Hotel branches all over Metro Manila though.I would have chosen to stay in one that time.
